Dynamic Duo

Bonnie and Clyde, Batman and Robin, Thelma and Louise, Cagney and Lacey, Abbott and Costello, Pinky and the Brain…. plus a long list of others.

Each team will battle it out through a battery of fitness challenges. Each member of the team must be able to do the work prescribed for their division. Teams will need to be prepared for the following (but not limited to):

– Olympic weightlifting
– Basic barbell movements
– Entry level gymnastics
– Running
– Jumping
– Throwing

Pricing $180 – 1st 100 teams
$200 – 101-150 teams
$220 – after 150 teams
Last day to register August 31st – or when sold out.

Divisions Advanced, Rx or Scaled (male or female team)
Masters 40-49 – Advanced, Rx or Scaled (male or female team)
Masters 50-59 – Advanced, Rx or Scaled (male or female team)
Masters 60+ – Advanced, Rx or Scaled (male or female team)
* Masters if you are not in the same age group you compete under the youngest athlete in your duo.

Judge/Volunteer The success of any event is dependent upon the support from the community. We have close to 100 affiliates represented with athletes. We would love to see the same support with judges and volunteers.

To be a judge you MUST:
  1. Know the movements and the associated points of performance for each movement as identified in posted videos and conference calls
  2. Be confident in making the judgement call
  3. Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  4. Know the difference between coaching/cheerleading and being a strict judge
