5k & 1k Kids run
Put your speed an endurance to the test in our 5k run or kids 1k fun run.
Bonnie and Clyde, Batman and Robin, Thelma and Louise, Cagney and Lacey, Abbott and Costello, Pinky and the Brain…. plus a long list of others.
Each team will battle it out through a battery of fitness challenges. Each member of the team must be able to do the work prescribed for their division.

This is a perfect Event for New lifters and Veterans!
1. TIRE FLIPS AMRAP
As many tire flips as possible in 2 min. Flip the tire, jump through the tire with both feet and jump out and over to the other side and flip it back doing the same procedure again, as many times as possible for 2 min.
2. HOSE DRAG KB PULL
You have to run/drag your hose with an attached KB, to a marker. When you get to the marker you have sit down and pull that KB towards you until it passes the marker. Then you’ll have to repeat the same procedure except that you will run/drag with it backwards. When you reach your start position, sit down and pull that KB towards you and until it passes the finish line.
3. SLAM BALLS & THROWS
10 slams followed by an underhand throw. You will do this until you got the ball to reach the specified distance. Once you get the ball to marker, you will then run back and grab the next heavier ball. You’re going to do 10 slams, followed by the same underhand throw. Repeat the exact same procedure for the last and heaviest slam ball.
